Do you enjoy working on a variety of tasks? Are you looking for the opportunity to work with the public and provide exceptional customer service? Green Hills Public Library District is seeking a versatile and service-oriented Associate to join the Patron Services Department.
This position assists patrons and performs a variety of tasks at our busy Patron Services Desk, which includes creating Library cards, checking in/out materials, collecting payments for fines/fees, processing and cataloging serial publications, assisting patrons with copy/scan/fax equipment, and participating in daily reports. In addition, Patron Services Associates are responsible for sorting and shelving Library materials throughout the building.
Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who demonstrates excellent customer services skills, has the ability to work in a team environment and independently to maintain efficiency, is comfortable with technology, and can successfully work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or working towards completion.
- Previous experience in a library, clerical, or other public service environment preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic, Polish, or Spanish a plus.
