As a Patron Services Assistant, you will be a valued member of the team providing an excellent customer experience to all patrons in the library, and via phone and chat. Duties include greeting patrons, engaging in conversation, signing people up for library cards, checking out materials, training patrons to use our automated services, and handling misunderstandings.
