Middle Managers Round Table

Abbreviation:
AMMRT

The ATLAS Middle Managers Round Table (AMMRT) is an informal round table discussion group open to all library middle managers and supervisors. Round Table meetings are held every other month and are located at libraries in the South Suburbs. The focus of AMMRT is issues and best practices of library middle management.

This round table was developed as an ATLAS networking opportunity, but is open to all middle managers, not just those from ATLAS member libraries.

Meetings:

AMMRT meets from 9:30am-12:00pm on the third Friday of alternating months. Locations are determined at the preceding meeting, and are posted on the L2 calendar.

Email/Communications:

The group communicates via the RAILS Middle Managers listserv, which you can subscribe to here. If you have specific questions about the group or upcoming meetings, you can also directly email Amanda Kowalcze at akowalcze@greenhillslibrary.org.
