The Management Association is a not-for-profit employers association with 1100 member organizations (including 140 public libraries). Our library members rely on us to provide human resources support, legal assistance, the comprehensive Library Personnel Survey, unique training opportunities, and project assistance on everything from employee handbooks to compensation benchmarking. We serve our members as an offsite expert on human resources - a place to get answers to questions and a resource for small and medium sized employers.
