Help with RAILS' Executive Director Search

RAILS is working with Bradbury Miller Associates (BMA) on our Executive Director search. BMA has existed since 1983 as an executive search firm dedicated to helping libraries find leaders.

BMA is inviting all staff and trustees at all RAILS member libraries of all types (academic, public, school, and specialized) to complete this brief survey on the skills/attributes you think are most important when selecting the next RAILS Executive Director, challenges/opportunities facing RAILS, and what you would like our new Executive Director to focus on in the first year. The deadline for completing the survey is Friday, October 7, at 5 p.m.
