RAILS Welcomes Joliet Treatment Center

Please join RAILS in welcoming our newest member, Joliet Treatment Center! The Joliet Treatment Center is an Illinois Department of Corrections facility. The center is "a multi-disciplinary treatment facility for convicted adult male felons with severe mental illness." In addition to the collection, the library offers a computer terminal that allows residents to research legal cases and state statutes.

As a new member of RAILS, the center will now have access to RAILS continuing education and member connections across Illinois. Welcome, Joliet Treatment Center!
