Drum Fit Class

Here at the Robert W. Rowe Public Library District we have added a new fun fitness class. Every Friday morning starting at 10 am you can find us pounding on large rubber balls to the beat of some favorite tunes such as "The Lion Sleeps Tonight, or :New York, New York" and many more. Its a great lom impact cardio workout. Of course we are all wearing masks and sitting 6 ft apart, we have to or we're liable to bop each other with the fun noodles we use as drum sticks. What a great fun way to exercise. We are hoping to post a short video on our library Facebook page and webpage very soon.
