The Illinois State Library reported that the recent Capital Needs Assessment survey received a 77% response rate and thanked libraries that responded to the survey. The data is being compiled and will be submitted to the Illinois General Assembly to demonstrate the need for capital improvements in Illinois’ public libraries.
