Talking Books outreach moved to ISL

Effective September 1, the Illinois Talking Book Outreach Center (ITBOC) which had been operated by RAILS officially consolidated its services into the Illinois State Library Talking Book and Braille Service (TBBS). This means that TBBS is now handling all talking book services for Illinois patrons, including reader advisory, outreach, and distribution of materials and machines.

For access to talking book applications, the catalog of materials, and BARD, please visit the TBBS website at http://www.ilbph.org.
