We are looking for a friendly, adaptable, self-starter with great attention to detail, diplomacy and sound judgment to join the Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills and can work independently to meet monthly deadlines. It's important this person be a good communicator to share information as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree, or two years of work related experience (without degree). Knowledge and experience with accounts payable, payroll, HR and general bookkeeping is a plus; strong technology skills required including Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform duties to provide support to the Business Office; process expense reports, review and audit credit card company statements with reported expenses for accuracy, audit major vendor accounts, separate and sort checks, mail out AP checks to vendors, file and control AP vendor files, data entry, control and balance out revenue & expense of paid programs. Perform other related duties as assigned.
