Woodridge Public Library is seeking an experienced and team oriented Human Resources Manager with an attention to detail. As the sole employee responsible for human resources functions primary responsibilities include payroll, benefits and compensation, employee relations, safety and productivity, and COVID-19 planning and response as it relates to human resources. This position directly supervises four part-time custodians. As a member of the Management Team, the Human Resources Manager participates in strategic planning and policy development.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
Professional experience that includes payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and employee relations. Experience with Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) preferred but not required.

Salary: Starting at $51,275, depending on qualifications
