The Glenview Public Library has a part-time opening for a Computer Aide. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating access to the Library's Internet and other public computer workstations by registering and assisting patrons with their use;
- Acting as a first contact for assisting patrons and staff with technology issues;
- Performing basic care and maintenance of Library technology equipment
Position requires excellent communication, customer service, and computer support skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a basic knowledge of technology equipment. Must be able to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues to resolution.
Must be able to collaborate and work well with others.

Schedule: Approximately 14 hours per week; must be flexible for covering weekday afternoons and evenings, plus weekend hours.
