The Roselle Public Library Districts seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Manager to supervise the Adult & Teen Services Department. The ideal candidate will be: creative and collaborative; outgoing and motivated; organized and strong management and mentor skills; and customer service oriented. As a part of the Management Team, the ATS Manager serves as a leader and role model for the entire library. This position also requires the abilities and aptitudes necessary to serve as staff liaison to the Library's outsourced IT consulting firm. A broad knowledge of public library best practices is a must. This position requires the flexibility to work days, evenings, and participate in the department's weekend rotation.
MLIS from an ALA-accredited program is required, with at least two years of supervisory experience is required.
