The Green Hills Public Library District is looking for a part-time Adult Services Associate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: instructing patrons in the full use of the Library and its digital and print resources, providing assistance to patrons using public computers, participating in collection development and maintenance, processing and cataloging Library materials, generating publicity and display, and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a quick learner who can multitask at a fast paced public service desk. The ideal candidate will be reliable, enjoy working with the public, have proficient technology skills, work within a team environment, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service.
- Minimum two years of college or Library Technical Assistant Certificate.
- Minimum one year of experience in a library or other public service environment.
