The Barrington Area Library is looking for a part-time IT help desk team member to assist staff with technology. This position offers a variety of responsibilities in a busy and innovative library.
This team member will:
➠ serve as first point of contact for staff on IT issues,
➠ communicate effectively with staff while troubleshooting,
➠ participate in projects such as updating software and replacing hardware within the Library, and
➠ provide 1-1 instruction on technology to staff as needed.
➠ You excel at providing customer service.
➠ You have relevant knowledge of and experience with PC and Mac systems, along with Microsoft Server and Office products.
➠ You're motivated by the opportunity to help others.
