This is a non-exempt position responsible for building and grounds maintenance and repair requiring a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with five years' experience in facilities management. Nature of Work
Under the administration of the Library Director, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for professional and efficient operation of the physical plant and maintenance of library grounds as well as bid preparation and vendor negotiations.
