Each month we offer 40 to 60 computer and technology classes, from basic computer skills to one-to-one help with learning to use personal devices to using social media to grow a business. Our Studio provides customers with space, equipment, software and training to get creative with video, music, graphic design and more.
The Digital Services Manager sets the direction for all virtual services and content throughout the library. Will be a creative leader for the very talented staff that anticipates, develops and delivers dynamic learning experiences to help our customers achieve their personal and professional goals. Leads a collaborative team responsible for optimal customer experience at www.ahml.info.
Requirements & Skills:
Five to seven years professional experience including designing and delivering customer services. Ideal candidates will have experience providing technology-related learning experiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in library science would be a plus.
