Whether it's women's equity or another protected class, some of your organization's practices may be contributing to the gender or racial pay gap. In this session, we will provide participants with a comprehensive update on pay equity laws, including hints on how to examine your organization's data. We will discuss issues beyond the numbers, including unconscious bias, traditions and organizational culture that could be triggering pay gaps and other equity issues.
