Many organizations use market data surveys to structure their compensation systems. This salary and benefits survey confirms the market value for library staff performance, and justifies your compensation decisions to boards and city managers.

Initially published as a print directory, the guide was produced and distributed on a CD-ROM in 2009. In 2012 the content was turned into an online database available exclusively to LACONI members
