Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with evening and weekend hours as necessary.
Salary: 
$56,595 - $69,833 annually
Position Description: 

The Community Engagement Librarian is responsible for leading, coordinating and managing the delivery of library services throughout Evanston. Responsibilities include: developing connections with individuals and local organizations to promote library expertise and resources; assessing needs for library services in all parts of the community; creating and then implementing service plans for community organizations and businesses. 

This position requires a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science and the equivalent of three years working experience as a public services librarian or similar position.
