$8.25/hour
Position Description: 

The White Oak Library District, serving the communities of Crest Hill, Lockport, and Romeoville, Illinois is seeking applicants.  Minimum qualifications:  must be at least a junior in high school and at least 16 years of age.  Candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of maintaining library materials on the shelves.  Ability to work and communicate effectively and courteously with the public and library staff using both written and verbal communication skills.  Working knowledge of sorting and filing alphabetically and numerically.  Ability to lift, bend and stoop, and to remain on feet for long periods of time.  Relevant library experience is a plus.
