The Help Desk Assistant understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides customer service and technology assistance to Library users. Perform functions to support computer systems for staff and patrons. Configures, installs, maintains, and operates computer hardware and software. Collaborates with other staff as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.
